We can’t become what we need to be by remaining what we are.

Life Transitions
Life transitions often entail living through discomfort and distress as we attempt to navigate the uncharted waters of a situation that we didn’t necessarily foresee or want to experience. Full of uncertainty and uneasiness, life transitions challenge the core of our emotional well-being and the foundation of our habitual behaviors.
Some transitions are chosen. We feel called to make changes to recreate our life that is more in alignment with who we are or who we are becoming. At the same time, we may still be anxious while excited. We can become comfortable holding mixed feelings or parts of ourselves that reflect the complexity of being human.
Are you experiencing the challenges of:
- Coping with an illness in yourself or a loved one, grieving a loss or a death?
- Going through a separation or divorce?
- Starting a relationship, a family or blending two families, dealing with an empty nest?
- Changing jobs or careers?
- Becoming a grandparent, having an adult child (with special needs) move back home or aging parents?
We don’t always get to choose what the life change is, but we can determine the Necessary Choices in order to grow with and from the experience. Working collaboratively, we can harness new strengths, gather outer resources and access your inner courage, confidence and grace.
Our work can help you:
- Cope with your sorrow and loss so you are able to move through the pain and feel hopeful for your future
- Stand securely on your own two feet and learn to trust yourself, gaining confidence and security from within
- Sort through what is meaningful, while letting go of outdated baggage so you can move forward in a clear and healthy way
- Stay true to your core values so you can feel strong, centered and at peace with yourself
- Free yourself from self-limiting beliefs that hold you back so you can create a life you love
- Face change with a sense of adventure and excitement
